Shipping, Handling and Packaging
Shipping
All orders are being shipped from Manhattan, NY, either by UPS or FedEx.
We currently offer only ground shipping.
If requested, alternate arrangements may be made for services such as 1-day, 2-day, etc. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping and Insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be individually calculated based on the total amount of your order.
Please allow 6-10 working days for delivery.
Working days are Monday through Friday (except for national holidays).
Orders placed on any weekday will be shipped out in 3 working days after payment confirmation.
If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, I will notify you within one business day by email or phone.
Currently we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
All orders above $300 receive free standard ground shipping from us.
Note: "Sales Tax is applicable only if you are a resident of New Jersey”
Our Shipping charges for Continental USA only (subject to change without prior notice) are as below:
If your order totals up to $49.99, please add $5.00.
If your order totals $50 to $99.99, please add $6.50.
If your order totals $100 to 199.99, please add $8.00.
If your order totals $200 to $299.99, please add $10.00.
If your order totals $300 or more, you will not be charged for shipping.
Packaging
We ship all items in a zip lock bag with the item wrapped in tissue inside a appropriate and safe shipping box. We highly recommend further storage of your jewelry in the zip lock to prevent tarnishing.
Gift-wrapping
Gift wrapping is available on request for $4 per item. We Gift wrap our items in the following manner:
Your purchased item is first wrapped in tissue, then placed in a zip lock bag and finally enclosed in beautiful hand made cotton, silk or velvet bag of your choice
